Our Story

Oak & Ember Coffee Co. was founded in 2018 by siblings Emma and Noah Carter, who shared a lifelong dream of creating a neighborhood coffee shop where people could slow down and reconnect.

Growing up in a family that treasured Sunday breakfasts and meaningful conversations around the kitchen table, they learned that the best memories are often made over a warm cup of coffee. After years of traveling through coffee-growing regions in Central and South America, they returned home inspired to open a café that celebrated both exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality.

Today, Oak & Ember partners with ethical coffee farms, supports local bakeries and artisans, and remains committed to serving every guest with kindness and care. Whether it's your first visit or your hundredth, you're always part of the Oak & Ember family.
